About the Organization: The City of West Torrens is situated between the Adelaide CBD and the Gulf of St Vincent bounded by the River Torrens to the North and Anzac Highway to the South. From its historical beginnings in Hilton and Thebarton the City is now home to the Adelaide International Airport and the Great Southern Railway Passenger Terminal at Keswick.
